When does my eSIM data plan start? #

Your eSIM data plan typically starts after you have successfully installed and activated the eSIM on your device, according to the instructions provided.

When should you activate your eSIM plan? #

Gohub recommends activating your eSIM plan a few hours before your flight to ensure it’s ready for use upon arrival. A good guideline is to activate it 2-3 hours before your flight.

Can I renew or extend the data usage on my eSIM? #

Gohub eSIMs are primarily designed for travel and generally cannot be renewed or extended. If you need more data, you will likely need to purchase a new eSIM plan.

  • Purchase a New eSIM: If you need to continue using eSIM services, please purchase a new eSIM plan.
  • Delete Old eSIM (Optional): You may need to delete your older eSIM profile after you have used up the data and installed a new one. This is recommended to keep your device organized.
