Notice!
- Our system will activate the SIM card at least 24 hours after the form is filled out. Therefore, the activation date entered in this form should be at least 24 hours from the form submission date.
- Please note to limit installation to devices other than the registered device.
- Please ensure you have an internet connection during the KYC process. Items you will need: Passport; Phone with front and rear cameras.
- Please take a full photo of the front of your passport, including the code at the bottom. Do not cover any part of the passport.
- When taking the photo, avoid any obstructions, reflections, and shadows on the passport. Place the passport on a flat surface to take the photo.
Step 1: Access this link or scan the QR code on the KYC instruction sheet
Step 2: Enter your order number
Step 3: Enter the ICCID. This is the 18-digit number (SIM-Nr) located on the top-left corner of the SIM card packaging
Step 4: Enter the desired activation date for the SIM card
Step 5: Enter your email address
Step 6: Take a photo of your passport that includes your personal information, then tap ‘Submit’

Theo quy định chính thức từ Chính phủ, để đảm bảo an toàn thông tin người dùng tại nước ngoài và phòng chống các hoạt động phi pháp, quý khách vui lòng xác minh danh tính (KYC) trước khi sử dụng SIM.
Trong trường hợp khẩn cấp, nếu quý khách cần kích hoạt thẻ SIM ngay trong ngày mua, vui lòng điền vào biểu mẫu và liên hệ với Bộ phận hỗ trợ khách hàng của Gohub qua Hotline/ Zalo: +84866440022 hoặc WhatsApp: +1 (302) 899-2888
Lưu ý!
- Hệ thống của chúng tôi sẽ kích hoạt thẻ SIM chậm nhất 24 giờ sau khi quý khách điền vào biểu mẫu. Do đó, ngày kích hoạt được nhập vào biểu mẫu này phải cách ngày nộp biểu mẫu ít nhất 24 giờ.
- Quý khách lưu ý hạn chế lắp đặt sang thiết bị khác với thiết bị đã đăng ký dùng.
- Cần đảm bảo kết nối mạng khi tiến hành KYC. Vật dụng cần chuẩn bị: Hộ chiếu; Điện thoại có camera trước và sau.
- Vui lòng chụp toàn bộ mặt trước hộ chiếu, bao gồm cả mã ở phía dưới, không được che bất kì phần nào.
- Khi chụp ảnh, tránh các vật cản, phản chiếu và bóng tối lên hộ chiếu, đặt hộ chiếu trên bề mặt phẳng để chụp ảnh.

Bước 2: Điền mã đơn hàng của bạn
Bước 3: Điền ICCID – Dãy số (SIM-Nr) gồm 18 chữ số phía trên góc trái của sim
Bước 4: Điền ngày mong muốn kích hoạt thẻ SIM
Bước 5: Nhập địa chỉ email
Bước 6: Chụp ảnh hộ chiếu mặt chứa thông tin khách hàng. Sau đó nhấn ‘Submit’
